What Our Clients Say

How does the Case Evaluation works?

Prior to accepting a client or providing a customized fee estimate, we require an initial consultation (case evaluation). Our case evaluation includes, an objective, preliminary assessment of the likelihood of success of your case. An explanation of your immigration options within the legal framework, including the relative advantages/disadvantages and potential risks of each proposed option and how long each option may take. When it comes to money, an estimation of costs associated with legal representation, government and filing fees.

This consultation allows us:

 Evaluate your circumstances

Confirm that your immigration objectives fall within our scope of expertise and retain us as your representative before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada or Immigration and  Refugee Board of Canada.
